What's the name of this song?

I heard a song the other day whilst I was shopping for paints in Homebase - it was on Sunday at nearly 4pm - my understanding is that "Homebase FM" is beamed via satellite to all stores around the country so if there are any employees out there, then feel free to chip in cos I think this song is played out at least once on Sunday.

I couldn't make out much of the lyrics, but it had a long piano intro and piano throughout - and the lyrics I could get were (misheard probably) "sit down and take a seat". It sounded like a male vocalist from Embrace/Coldplay/Snowpatrol but I don't know - could be another one of those singer-songwriters. The tune was fairly mellow too. They played this tune at around that time too about 2 weeks ago when I was in.

Free drink of choice goes to the person who can identify the song and artist from my fairly vague clues.

Is it My Place - Nelly feat. Jaheem. Those lyrics are in there, but it's not slow slow.

The new boy kill boy single sounds a bit like Chris Martin IMO

Definitely not Boy Kill Boy - it wasn't 'rocky' with electric guitars (which single are you referring to?) or Nelly. Keane, I've looked through the previews on itunes but I don't think it's them either.

Do you think those at Homebase HQ would know, because presumably they'd have to log the output/list the tracks for royalty purposes.

Keep 'em coming.
