I've just seen a video on e4 music but it didnt come up with the title and I quite liked the song and would like to know who it is.

The video is of a women singing and there are russian dancers around her and its very strange there are also dancing bears and a general in a tank.

It sounds like one of the Basement Jaxx videos, but I cant remember the name of the song at the moment!!!
