samsung Z400V - forgotten privacy code
hi, this is a little embarrassing i changed the privacy code on my mothers Z400v for her, as she was going to stay at a (nosey) relatives house, since she came back she has turned all the privacy off
she wants it turning back on but niether of us can remember the code is there anyway to recover it or change it back to the default 00000000? such as a factory restore or is it lost forever? she's only had the phone 2 months |

I recently was in the same situation as you, and was told to reset my phone by typing in *2767*2878# without the sim inserted. It worked perfectly for me.
