Just had a quick search on the internet but really not sure. I remember looking at their timetable before but can't find it anymore. Will get back to you once I find it!

And please don't feel shy to attend a dance class on your own - well bring a friend with you if you feel better - all the dance classes I have been to are really friendly and full of normal people just like you! It might take a while to get a hang of the dances but it's always a good laugh.

And like Caro said I have only heard praises about Len's teaching so please have a try. I am sure you will have a fabulous time!!

I love Northern Ireland and am hopefully going to Newtonards in January for a trampoline competition, if the children i teach qualify. Staying in dungiven, we stayed there last time and had the best time.

I move around a lot thanks to my band... I was born and live most of the year in Plymouth Devon...
