Are these not the outfit that wants you to sign up for 5 years.

Has your brother considered using 18185 for cheaper business calls. www.18185.co.uk

Looks like just 3 years now. But I agree best to go with 18185 unless you are in the habit of making numerous very short calls (i.e. less than 1 minute)

What would you prefer to pay? 4p for as long as you like on 18185 or 3.51p for every minute you call a landline (even BT only charge 3ppm now subject to a 3p call set up fee; evening & weekends are just 5.5p for an hour)

Hmmm...looking at the line rental.
They claim over £115 saving compare to BT for line rental, but lest looks at the detail.

BT annual fee is 12x£11 i.e. £132
Fizz charge £148.14+VAT
(yes there is a 1 year teaser at just £82.30+VAT, but remember this is a minimum 3 year term)

So the cost is actually £48.83 more expensive than BT.

Once you add the £1.75 per month charge for caller display to the bundle you are on a losing streak there too.

Fizztelecom will continue to charge even if they suspend the service...and if you want out before the end of the minimum term of 3 years it could cost in excess of £300 per line

Edit: Fizztelecom seems to use BT business rates, but if your brother is working from home, he could probably get a BT home rate no problem. Even paying for a business entry in the phone book if that is what he wants would probably be cheaper than using these guys
