I want to do something for a very close friend of mine. She has recieved a picture message which is saved to screensaver's but wants to save it as a wallpaper. It's a *.gif file and she's not sure how to do it.

Sagem's (AFAIK) only allow JPEG and BMP pics to be set as wallpaper.

I have another question on the Sagem MyC4-2.

When I turn the phone on it comes up with a little anim from my service provider, T-Mobile and plays a little tune.

How can I turn this OFF?

I've tried all the menus and everything else I can think of, but still it plays, even if the phone was set to silent mode when I turned it off. It's very annoying. Help!

Why do only t-Mob do this? My samsungs ok for that kind of stuff I guess. It still comes up with the "Welcome to your new phone" menus every time though! Oh, and that terrible Orange bar down the left hand side of my screen! T-Mobiles sounding good at this time.

surely if you can get the picture onto a pc, you could use Paint or photo editor to change the file format, then put it back on the handset???
