T-Mobile billing problems
Hey
Check your T-Mobile calls... i have just seen i have 0 minites and £202 work of recent calls!!! T-Mob say that its a problem linked to 2-3 months on your bills... something like calls from last months bills are being charged for then eaten out of your nxt months allowences |

Yes there is a 3G billing problem at the moment, some calls that should have been printed the previous month are being held back into unbilled, and they are eating up allowances, also in some cases effecting credit limit.

I have had a few cases of this happening today therefore taking over peoples credit limit. On the other hand when it hits peoples bill cycles it will credit and fix what the problem is. You could try and email cust.rel@t-mobile.co.uk

Well it all depends on the team manager that it escalates too. Some meet you half way others just bite the bullet, but to be honest your best bet is to email customer relations in the reply i gave before. They have more power and be persistent, either they compensate for their mistake or they give a full indepth reason as to what happened and what they are going to do about it. Insist on a manager if you call and keep your cool when talking because if you go on all guns blazing (im not saying you will) then the more likely the manager will be the same in crediting you!! Let me know how you get on! |

Every week they send you a text to tell you how much of your allowance you have left, it's working for me so far. |
