if there is ever a problem the best thing to do is call customer services where they can do all the relative checks to see if there are any network problems, if not then the technical dept require as much information as they can so they can put it forward to the enginers so it can be sorted as quickly as possible. It is always advisable to do the following:

manual roam to a different network then back to your own
hard reset: Remove the battery while the phone is still on, take out the sim card, put battery back into the handset and switch on for a few mins, turn phone off and put back together as normal.
try sim in a different handset if you can to see if the problem carries over "you will find 9 times out of ten the problem lies in the handset and not with a network"

I can't seem to top up via credit card thru 2345, or via the website.

We are currently unable to process your request as we are experiencing technical difficulties - please try again later or contact either by email, or by dialling 191 from your Vodafone phone.
.... says the website.

Anyone had the same problem? I'm in Sheffield and have had reception problems a-plenty lately too. Would love to know what the crack is exactly.

It must have been the network this time, customer services was off too.

Even the credit line said "please wait" then cut off.

I've had ongoing issues with Vodafone Voicemail since last Tuesday with my company contract.

Multiple users experiencing issues with Voicemail.

1. Sometimes doesn't divert to Voicemail when unanswered.

2. Text alerts for Voicemail not being delivered to the handsets. Therefore user doesn't know he has 15 voicemails waiting...

Been told numerous things from "Oh, we are aware of the issue and engineers are working on it" to "Do a manual reset of the phone" or "Disconnect Voicemail by 1210 etc"

They said something like 187 voicemail servers were affected by the issue nationwide.

Personally I think it's disgraceful that the issue has been going on for over a week.

as far as im aware there is no known wide spread voicemail issue at this time. may be different if you are corperate im not sure but for consumer customers there are no problems on that wide of a scale with voicemail.
