Live night camera work
On tonight's show (28 Oct), the camera work was really annoying. Each act only gets a few minutes on stage and imo it was wasted by too many shots of the big band members playing their instruments, sweeping long-angle shots of the crowd (most of whom were in darkness anyway) and judges expressions and silly seat-dancing.
Shouldn't the lens be firmly focused on the performances? I don't want to see anything else when they're on. We don't see enough of them as it is in a 2-hour show, and, sorry, but it is about them. |
