Nope This could have been just a normal episode of the Bill. Guy commits crime 20 years ago, copper tries to arrest him, feels he could provide justice and so on.
The Sci fi part ended with abt 20 mins of the show gone!
Bad Episode for me, a real let down from last week.
Odd little episode. Series is clearly still finding its feet at the moment, so that episode may be very handy for exposition purposes later on. Will be interested in whether the viewing figures hold up.
And here comes the weekly BBC THREE "here's every single programme on our channel, while we've got a mainstream attention".

(Yeah, I know... [enter name of random American sci-fi show] has done it before/does it better. You know what? I don't care. Cardiff, Welsh accents, sexy guys, great storyline... Torchwood rocks.)

I'd rather have her than Capt Annoying Jack Harkness anyday - though I do find myself warming to him slightly more in Torchwood than I did in Doctor Who, where I just couldn't stand him.
Well, I thought it was fantastic and the series just gets better. Owen becomes more interesting by the minute. Tosh didn't get much to do this week - but it looks like there's some fun and games next time!

If we saw a bit more of his story you may warm to him a bit more
