Ringing Up Orange For Upgrade
I've been trying to log onto the orange website for some time, but cannot get onto the upgrade page. I'm met with "We're unable to offer you an upgrade online."
Ok, so i go to the orange store in my town, and ask about getting an upgrade. The phone i'm trying to upgrade from is a black moto v3. They only free phone offered me was a motorola SLVR, which i consider to be the exact same phone as i've currently got. If i ring up the number orange gave me on the website ("0800 079 0169") would they give me a better offer then in the store? Considering that if i upgrade, i would be starting the third year of the contract, is that a good phone i have been offered? Any tips on how to bargain to get a better phone, bearing in mind i dont want to change contracts, or networks? Thanks, Chris M

Well you can't do it because you're 14! Someone over 18 will have to do it. Get them to say you're going to another network where they offer £200+ phones for free.

^Well, its my mums contract, but i'll be getting the phone because she doesn't want a new phone.
Its a bit annoying that i cant order from the website. Also, my dad's on the same plan as my mum, and he managed to order from the website, and got offered lots more phones, and they were all better than what they're offering me! |
