As more and more companies/organisations are switching to local rate non-geographic numbers, is any network letting you include that in your minutes?
I'm on Three at the moment and getting charged, even though I have 400 mins p/m. And when you phone these places more often than not you are held in a queue, bumping up the money, especially those ones who only open 9-5.
