I agree with several posts in this thread, including the original one. Things have got a bit negative around here, but I don't think you can avoid it really after such controversy on the show. I also agree that people only get so annoyed about the judge issue because they love the show and want it to be fair.

The whole BBC reading this forum issue - I think it's great that the viewers are getting a voice that is listened to. I love ITT, but have been wishing for ages that they would show more training...a lot of us wrote about it in a thread and since they have listened and put more training clips in ITT. For me personally, that's just brilliant and has increased my love for the show! I enjoy it even more now! So basically what I'm saying is that some of the negative stuff (not the over the top being negative for the sake of it stuff) can lead to a lot of positives for both the show and its viewers.

I love SCD, so do most people I know. It is better than the X factor.

I was there at the NTA's last night, it did deserve to win. Not the X factor.

It didn't not win as it is going down the pan or the BBC are ruining a show.

The X factor, which I also love has gone down hill in my opinion, but on the NTA's, the same people vote for the same people every year...Eastenders, the X factor and Doctor Who always win.

A 1000 or so people post on here. 7 or 8 million watch SCD. 1.5 million vote for the NTA's.

I love SCD, and fed up of all the negative stuff here. It will get pulled one day if people diss it so much. The BBC are taking note of these forums obviously, but it is not all our views? I keep reading everyone agrees with brendan. I don't and neither do alot of people I know who don't come on computers.

There are elements we don't like. We all do not like them. We all have things we like or dislike.

That is why I am cross with Brendan as he has started a huge negative wave going on, and I like Brendan. But he did not dance his best dance on Saturday. If he had, maybe I would agree with what he said, but he didn't.

People will shout me down, but I am fed up of reading on here how SCD has gone downhill, how crap it is, how terrible it is, how it needs to change.

Why? Everyone I know still loves it? Is it because of what Brendan said? Has he made everything seem bad? Is it because of the faults that were always there? I loved it with it's faults from day one!

Do you really want different dances, judges, etc?

I have watched it from series one and I think this series is very strong.

I always say, if you don't like it. don't watch it. I see a few people here tend to always list the negative rather than the positive.

Well I bloody completely and utterly love the show! Yes, it could improve in my eyes, but so could anything. One person may hate the judges, another may love them. One person may hate the music, another may love them, etc. This whole negativity is so not what I watch the show for.

If you hate it so, don't watch it. And if this forum annoys you so don't post.

Sorry..i don't mean everyone...just this board is pretty negative to the last few years I have lurked (since series one..Only joined a while ago).

But yes, take it back, not everyone, just you see the bad stuff more than the good I guess....which is what I am accusing others of doing!

Me too - yep, things could be improved, but heck, I LOVE the show!

And I also wish the whole controversy thing would get knocked on the head

I tend to ignore a lot of the really negative stuff - I know everyone has their opinion and are entitled to voice it, but I also have the choice to read or ignore what I want!
