o2 - problems with online 50 tariff
i joined the online 50 tariff (completed the application etc online on 21st dec 2002), the phones arrived and everythings ok, apart from...
1) the view my bill link doesnt work on the o2 website.... 2) people cannot reply to any texts i send to them, they get a message "number not in use", but people can send me texts by creating a new message from my number in their phone book. 3) i can't find anywhere on the o2 to see when the first direct debit payment will be taken, and to find out if the date i applied for the tariff (21st) is my "monthly cutoff" date for the 500 text/wap and 50mins free calls. any o2 staff or ds members have any info ? thanks |

My brother was on BT Shitenet and they are a complete joke. He was charged 10p PLUS tax for texts, also now that they've been taken over by o2 they are still crap, he went to get his number ported onto one of the o2 sim card deals which seem very good, but somehow the stupid cow managed to port his new number onto his OLD sim card! Seems impossible but she managed to do it OK, took them over a month to reply then he just said sod it and kept the new one after they swapped it again. Thats how I think of o2! By the way go here and you'll get all the free ring tones (polyphonic and all), logos and screensavers you'll need. It's all free! |
