HC must wake up and smell the coffee very soon as they are falling very far behind as TopUpTV are now offering LivingTV and Disney channels. and rumours are the same on BTVision

Have to agree, they are too far behind now. I've just reached the start of month four of my four month free period and I am jumping ship. I've gone over Media Center which, although a different product, give me all I need. I was hoping for HD, more channels over freeview and other 'IP' related goodies that aren't possible with other broadcast methods.

Let's look at the facts:
Number of channels - Hardly any more than Freeview (and the extra ones are of questionable quality)
VOD - Content is generally poor and cheap. VERY slow to add new content and don't get me started on replay.. what a farce.
Broadband - Ok, HC delivers broadband... not earth shattering.
Price - Over priced for what it is.

I know you won't all agree with my points but generally, most people here are not satisfied. I think they need to bring much more to the table.
