Would politely suggest you post this query in the Telecommuncations (Telephony) forums which is further down in the general Forum listings.

Hi jcn. I called the 241 number and it says you have to 'press 1' and they will send a code to your mobile so you can get 'text tickets'. So it seems you have to do it on each individual phone, or it won't work.

Radiomaniac if you press one all that happens is they text you a code and then you can post it on here and then i will write it down and show it at the cinema and it works so please can you do that for me and i will be extremely grateful.

thanks elite files, it really winds me up when people have nothing better to do so theymake petty comments to make themselves feel important

In some respects it is to try & keep the forums tidy by using self-policing (as the mods will no doubt be busy).

In another (more useful) respect, you might be assured of more views and more relevant replies if it is posted in a forum frequented by people with an interest in mobile telephony.

Anyway, glad you got it sorted.

Hi jcn, that's what I intended to do for you, but as yet I haven't received any code. If I do, I will post it here. Maybe in the meantime, someone else can try.

Requesting a code is free, however receiving the text message costs 35p.

Hi jcn - I'm glad you got one after all, sorry I couldn't help, I still haven't got any reply. That explains why I never received any code - I only have 16p on my credit till I go out! Hope you had a good night and enjoyed the film.
