SCART Troubles

Hi,

I have a small tv that has a xbox and sky freesat/ vhs video connected. Due to the tv only having one scart socket i use a 3 to 1 scart adapter.

Today i added a old DVD player it all works using the 3 socket , however, the picture on the TV screen changes from a dark picture to light one and vice versa every 15-20 seconds... most annoying

I checked the connections and tried a replacement scart lead with no luck.

anyone have any ideas

I think i fixxed it, it was the RCA to SCART adapter for the xbox not sitting in the socket properly .
