eastenders is so depressing

when was the last time there was a positive story line. do they think us british people only want to see people depressed everyday. i cant remember when there was any fun in the show.
i wonder whats next, robbie getting shot by nick cotton.

Well there was the fabulous Jim Dead Parrot sketch, the "Billy, don't be a hero" scenes - they were fun.

And I have to say a tear sprung to my eye with the "positivity" of the scene where everyone brought candles to light up the outside of the Evans' house.

EE went through a bad patch with the whole Slatergate storylines but there are always glimmers.

It always despressing to me at least but in a funny way entertaining. Mind you if that was the real Eastend I wouldn't live there, theres to many murders fro a start.

Do what I do, don't bother watching it at all, then you don't feel depressed after watching it.
