Maybe they'll do a champion of champions thing, like after series 2. They could have Brendan and Natasha, Leslie and Anton, Jill and Darren, Ian and Denise, Colin and Erin, Darren and Lilia and whoever is in the last two this year (I predict Mark and Karen, and Louisa and Vincent). It would work out nicely given that no professional has yet been in the top two twice.

It would mean getting a lot of the amateurs interested, though!

I like the idea of a pro-dance off! I thought of that the other day when I was thinking about what they might do! to be honest though, surely if the beeb had an idea about what they were gonna do they would have mentioned it already! "shocking twist" probably means they themselves don't have a clue!

Can't you just wait and see? Why the need to know - just watch the show and enjoy it.

Try this one for size. (Thought I should think about it because I'm very worried about all the people standing out on the picket line, especially if the weather turns cold).

The problem
The show has an extra week to fill and an obvious solution is to have a week without elimination. But that's quite hard to do in the middle of a run where money is being raised for charity.

Background
Tension is building up with celebrities/professionals and the judges.
Brucie/Tessa mention more than once that no-one should leave.

Dates:
Monday 13 November - Emma Bunton releases CIN single and will be very busy
Tuesday 14 November - The finale of Dancing with the Stars in the US (where Len and Bruno are judges). Lots of opportunity for tv chat shows.
Friday 17 November - Children In Need Charity TV Night where Emma Bunton is going to sing Downtown live. Could have the whole cast of SCD on stage with her.

Solution
They announced that there will be no elimination on Saturday 18th November but devise some twist to keep people voting for CIN.

Each couple does a serious piece to camera about the work of CIN and dances for our votes. (Maybe they will not receive as many votes but it would keep the momentum going.

How Arlene dancing - didn't she say she wanted to dance with Brendan.

How about Craig choreographing a dance with the professionals.

Genius! Can't see them going for it though - Arlene would show herself up too much! Plus blah blah my usual rant about the judges needing to be able to take the high ground because it lets them encourage improvement etc. However, funny, funny idea!

I do like the idea of having a professional dance-off in the final week, it would be so good to see how it's done properly. Although I have a horrible feeling Ian and Camilla would win and they're my least favourite couple!

Please can they get Fiona Phillips back to fill in for Jimmy? She was so good last year she deserves another chance to shine
