I got an email back regarding Neighbours on BBC THREE and this is the answer :

I was delighted to read that you are a fan of this long running series, however, I understand that you would like to see it repeated on BBC Three in the evening.

While there are no current plans to broadcast this series on BBC Three please be assured that I have registered your interest with our programme schedulers, and although nothing is scheduled at the moment, it is always possible that this network scheduling addition might be arranged for a later date.

i reckon they should show the oz episodes on bbc3 at 6pm when the uk bbc1 ones finish!
