Hi-Fi Suggestions
I am looking for a sound system for my kitchen\dinning room. Here are the features that I would ideally like;
Reasonable sound quality (not too tinny), DAB, Be able to connect my ipod to listen to my music through the stereo speakers, Not too big. Any suggestions if a device exists? |

Have been looking for something similar myself.
You do not indicate budget, Would this do want you want but not cheap http://pure.com/Products/Product.asp?Product=VL-60846 Specifically don't know about the iPod part of your requirement as I do not have one. Richard |

I recently bought the Onkyo CR515 DAB and upgraded the speakers here:-
http://www.creative-audio.co.uk/ONK_505_Q1020.htm I have been very impressed with it. The supplied speakers are said to be ok but I wanted to use the unit in my lounge with the speakers on stands. With its own speakers it retails at around £300.00 You need to buy a dock to play your i-pod through the system. Last edited by gillian107 : 05-11-2006 at 12:41. |

I didn't really want to spend more than £200.
I quite like the look of the JVC UXGB9 (JL Website for £159). What I'm not sure about is it says it has a adapter to connect your MP3 player but will this work with an Ipod?? |
