I don't know... I only saw the end of the dance and it wasn't amazing... But apart from him walking out I didn't see him complain at all... Did he say something after that???

The salsa was not great by any shakes but the producers have seen footage all week from the training room and surely they could have told them much sooner that it maybe too much sex for pre 9pm.

I'd like them to stay as it seems the SCD powers that be are out to get them even Tess joined in tonight!”

What rubbish, Brendan knows exactly what he is doing, is out to shock and provoke and get more publicity for himself. I have absolutely no sympathy with him and I hope he and Claire leave tonight.

There aren't many 'proper' salsa moves that could be called be too filthy to show on BBC1 on a Saturday night.

Therefore, had they had a lot of actaul salsa moves in the routine (like in Mark's) they would have just had to tone down the raunchy stuff.

As it happens the stuff they had to tone down looks like it was not proper salsa moves anyway.

So, I really do doubt very much that they 'totally' changed the routine from a solid salsa-move-packed routine to the stroll around the floor and hip grind that we saw.

All they needed to do wsa something similar to Mark with some raunchy stuff thrown in to spice it up rather than having it the other way round.

The biggest mistake Brendan made is telling the truth and it's not what the SCD want to hear. Unfortunate for SCD as burying your head in the sand is never a good strategy. SCD is committing suicide.

Who here has seen the Frasier episode where he backlashes against Kate Costas for telling him to do theme shows on more spicy topics and moves him to the middle of the night slot.

"SO, who wants to talk about SEX!"

Taking something to the extreme is rarely a good idea, and I think Brendan has shot himself in the foot and gone a bit too far.

I was totally on Brendan's side - what he said to the judges last week was fantastic and I will always love him for that.

And I was hoping for a triumphant return this week with an amazing salsa..........and then this! WTF! It was horrible, been objective they should go out tonight.

Sorry I offended, not my intention I assure you. Someone said one of my comments was rubbish earlier on tonight, thought it was acceptable... I disagree then, sorry for the confusion

Funnily enough I don't dislike him, but I do feel that it is HE who has lost the plot this series as he accuses the judges of doing

I hated it. I thought it was terrible choregraphy...you can be sexy and filthy and still keep it classy, but that had no class and no proper steps.

I think those marks were completely correct and I wish Brendan hadn't thrown a strop. Last week he had a major point, but by doing it every week he seems over the top and stops people taking his valid points seriously.

He did look very sexy though I have to say!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I agree - 10 for Brendan in that shirt.

But 4 for that dance - it was horrible!

Just to reassure those I have offended, I apologise. I agreed with Brendan last week about the judges but I feel that he has made himself look like a bad sport tonight with his walking off at the end of the judges scores being given out and his strange routine which seemed almost done to spite the judges. He just seems strange this series and not at the top of his game where we are used to seeing him

No, he didn't say anything (at least from what I've seen on telly) but people judged him for being Brendan regardless. If he've said something, he's naughty. If he keep his mouth shut, he is naughty anyway.

Poor Brendan, he can't win.

Funny enough nearly 85% of the voters in the forum agree what Brendan said last week. Sure they're lost the plot as well?

I thought he handled himself with total dignity tonight. He was breathing to calm himself during the judges comments.Very well controlled.

Totally, he didn't even speak, except when Tess asked him that question.

That was stupid, and incredibly personal.

Yeah... I think I'll have to congragulate him for not saying anything... One of the things I suggested to him was to walk away from it lol... Wouldn't it be amazing if he actually LISTENED to what I said...

Just to clarify, I don't think he has lost the plot about the judges bias, this is justified in my opinion. I do however think he has lost the plot with the choice of choreography on the salsa. It seemed like he went out there saying "you want filthy, then I'll give you filthy" but surely this wasn't the right way to go about it, all very playgroundy if you ask me, he is better than this and should perhaps have risen above the controversy and just got on with a good salsa and been a bit more professional about the whole thing.
