Looking to buy an LCD tv for Christmas.

Found this one on a website. Are there any opinions on it from anyone who knows what they're talking about (as obviously I don't).

I don't want to make a complete faux pas and end up with a dud telly but I don't want to spend a fortune either.

Thanks for any advice.

Woolworths are offering a 32" LCD Technosonic (whatever that is) for £399.00 when they've got them in stock. Woolies

QVC also have this, and you can send it back with the 30day money back guarantee.

I've got the £399 Technosonic 32" LCD from Woolies and it is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best bargain I ever bought. This maybe isn't a surprise when you consider that it's really a Thomson HDMI 1366x768 model that sold for £999 - it looks and feels like a one grand telly but for four hundred notes! If you can find a store that has stock bite their hand off - you won't be sorry.

Thanks. I've only just read these latest replies but had infact already ordered the 32" Technosonic from Woolies. We had been waiting for it to come back in stock and I grabbed one as soon as they did. It's being delivered today.

I'm pleased it seems to have some good reviews.
