I'm impressed, we've been on a same journey! I've lost around 4 stone. Two years ago I was struggling to wear size 22 tops (now size 14) and size 20 trousers (now size 10 - honest).

Loads of support for you, its great when you find a diet that works. I have a couple of friends who have been successful with SW.
Can I just be a very proud mummy for a moment, my daughter has lost a stone and a half, found a new job and has never looked more beautiful. She was so excited when she went to a store and, having previously been unable to get into a size 16, found that the dress she wanted she needed a size 12.
When she described the dress, I just couldn't imagine it, mint green crushed silk, strapless with a boned corset and a knee-length full layered skirt - but when she walked out wearing it I was just blown away. She looked gorgeous and she knew it and that confidence and delight shone through her eyes. OK, proud mummy moment over.”

oh Gritty how absolutely lovely! You enjoy your mummy moment for all you are worth!
there is nothing better in the entire world.
I had a similar moment this week when my son who is 9 had his first football kit of the team he supports. He was having his photograph taken by his daddy in our paddock, posing with the ball - and I had to turn away because I had huge tears in my eyes because my husband had just said "its like looking at me as a boy in MY first kit* - so I understand your mummy moment even if this isn't diet related.
WELL DONE to your daughter! and to all the girls on this thread who have done ABSOLUTELY AMAZING LY - you're all fabulous - and KEEP GOING to where you want to be!
good luck!
TQ x

The dress sounds lovely, did she buy it for a special occasion?
Bread and cheese are major weaknesses, I can eat 28g cheese without thinking, just a sample. I want to save my syns for gin at weekends.
