No. She's seems enthusiastic, committed and emotional but not at all egocentric and selfish, which 'diva' implies. None of the dancers are where they are without incredible committment, or without loving performing. 'Diva' is just another way of comdemning a woman for having a strong character, and I don't like it even when the behaviour may justify it - I really can't see it at all in Karen. If she was, she'd have been impatient with Bill last year for being not as good as some (I'm not picking on any other dancers particularly) - whereas she clearly adored Bill.
The danger is that Karen and Mark are too good too early and will not have the 'journey' and therefore will not win because people will start resenting them for being good. Which is a shame, but it's just in the nature of these competitions.

I really don't want to lose them now. I don't think he's reached his best yet, after all there's still the American Smooth which I hear has lifts, so that could be his biggest challenge yet.
I haven't ever had such a firm favourite so early before.
