Lord Percy Review: 14-day EPG?

Just read Lord Percy's review of the Hummy here, which mentions a 14-day EPG. Dunno how they managed that as I only see a 7-day EPG.

It straightaway said that it got 7 days worth for most channels - not a very good reviewer! After he said the Humax didn't have RGB, I stopped reading...

EDIT: Got mixed up between component and composite. Anyway, RGB gives me a brilliant picture.

A couple more blunders:

Sadly the one feature missing that any Sky+ user will miss is the series link feature, one that would let us record our favourites like Dragons Den or the West Wing automatically each week. This is due to the Freeview EPG not having the series link data rather than Humax not implementing it, so for now you have to scoot through the EPG a week at a time and tag the next episode manually.

Why not set a weekly timer?

Images are compressed and you can see this but even full screen on our 26" LCD screen he recordings were quite good and very watchable.

No they're not! The Humax records exactly what gets transmitted, with no extra compression.

I agree, that review is a bit skewed in places.
