This may be an old faithful tried to load some mp3,s using elinker on laptop have been able to load ok before but this time couldn't see any files on humax and it fails to connect .

... a look at the FAQs here or at hummy.org.uk, after full power off/on of your Hummy and complete reboot of the PC.

You may find transfer works better with Hummy tuned to channel 303 so disk is quiet and not recording to the buffer.

Also make sure you are loading the MP3s to the correct partition & folder in eLinker - D1 & MP3....

doestn't show mp3 only d1 and d 2?

MP3 is a subdirectory in the D1 partition, unless someone's deleted it.
