What Are Your Opinions On A Samsung LE32R72BX
Buying my first LCD TV and have seen a 32" Samsung LE32R72BX for £699.
I want to make the right buy as it's alot of money. What do you people in the know think? Is it a good TV? Is it a reasonable price? Is there another LCD TV on the market that is the same price, but better? Any help is much apreciated! Thanks! |

The R7 is a good TV, I have the R74BDX. However there are major drawbacks:
Contrast ratio is NOT 6000:1 as Samsung suggest.. real life its 820:1 Motion Blur is apparent on SD signals, especially Horizontal movement. 1 HDMI would mean a HDMI switcher or HDMI Home cinema amp/switcher in the future. apart from that it gives a great picture (ON RGB Scart and via HDMI) - Inbuilt freeview pic is PAL and is now way as good as my external RGB Freeview Poor Sound from Built in Speakers. Buy the TV with a returns policy, i was close to returning mine before i realised i was over the 7 day policy |
