I was so excited to see your names! And Peter didn't seem remotely worried by the comments so I wouldn't worry about them being taken out of context!

They DEFINITELY read what we write. Not just Claudia and the BBC, but the pros and the celebs too. We've heard them quote us. Which is why I'm so shocked at the rudeness of some posters. And why I'm a bit ashamed.

Well, I guess if you're into rudeness, it's good to know it strikes home...
