Am I the only one who wishes that Brendan and the lovely Camilla would kiss and make up and get back together?. I would love to see them dance together. He still seems to be in love with her and often mentions Camilla - how sad to make one mistake and completely shatter an 8 year relationship AND Natashia married someone else.. Personally I would hate to remain friends with someone after an 8 year relationship and engagement!! It must be terribly hard to get over it when you see each other each and every week. Did not like the fact that last year we were all encouraged to believe that James and Camilla were an item, even interviewed Brendan on ITT about it all and he said what a nice fella James was and how happy he was for Camilla etc and now we all know it was just "pretend" as she was going out with her Italian boyfriend the whole time!!l

It was pretty clear when Brendan and Natasha danced together that they were infatuated. It must have been terrible for Camilla. Bad enough when it happens to anyone, but for it to happen on live television, week after week, with a huge audience, and newspaper headlines. Just awful. Public meltdown. And the poor woman had to be in the same show, dancing alongside them, having her hair and makeup done next to Natasha, being watched by cameras at every moment in the green room, etc. Can you imagine what that must have been like?

As far as I know, she kept her dignity, remaining a true professional and never publicly condemning either Brendan or Natasha. It is rare for someone to show such dignity these days. When I found out that the whole thing with James might have been just a bit of publicity, I thought SCD probably owed her a little bit of romance as a kind of compensation. And Brendan clearly still loves her and respects her. Maybe we could all learn a little more from Camilla and her example.

Remember at the start of series 2 when Tess was pregnant and Natasha did the green room interviews? Camilla had to put up with the woman who was partly to blame for the breakdown of her engagment interviewing her every week. It used to make me sooo angry, but as you said, Camilla has never lost her composure over it. Good for her!

It makes me feel creeped out when I see clips of Brendan and Natasha flirting/dancing in series 1, knowing that Camilla had to watch it all from a few feet away.

Caroline Feraday has been a presenter on LBC Radio for quite a while now, she also has started reviewing the papers occasionally on Sky News and presenting The Mint on ITV. :sleep:

Although she's only in her 20s, she seems to go for older chaps, a past boyfriend being Frank Skinner, and now Anton, both 40 somethings.

She's a very bubbly character, and I can imagine her and Anton having a laugh together.

Thanks to the posters who confirmed that Matthew Cutler is Gay and out, I did wonder, but didn't like to ask if he wasn't out and wanted to be private. It's lovely that he and Nicole are still great friends and dancing together again.

I read an interview where Camilla said she was with Brendan for 9 years, and they were planning to have children together, so I agree with the previous posters who said that the way she has behaved throughout the whole public trauma of Natasha and the breakup is amazing. Glad to hear she has found happiness again.
In fairness, it wasn't them who started all the James and Camilla *romance* nonsense last year, it was the BBC, for publicity and to add spice and drama to the show - not that it needs any.

Camilla is amazing. It's obvious to see Brendan still loves her. He's such a muppet! I admire Camilla a lot for remaining friends with him. They shared their lives for nearly a decade, but I would only remember the bad stuff at the end if I was in Camilla's situation. What does that say about her and me?!

I fell in love with Brendan & Natasha.... they were also my only reason for watching Series 2 - to see the chemistry between them. I never warmed to Camilla at all... then last year towards the end of the series I started to enjoy her performance with James.... but her performing with Ian really put me off as I never warmed to him at all. Having since met Camilla I think she is the loveliest person and seems so genuine... I am sorry I didn't realise this sooner. I am very glad that her and Brendan are now able to be the friends that they are. And I hope that the are both happy in their private lives too (Brendan... I'm here.. you just haven't asked me yet!)
