Can anyone point to me to a cheap mobile on the 3 network that will work in Japan ?

I travel every 6 months and it will be better for me to buy one with a PAYG sim and use it every 6 months.

Also being sold in Superdrug for £9.99 with £10 credit, and the ZTE for £15 with £10 credit.

Both the ZTE and the C975 are dreadful..... avoid... waste of money and the price tells you all you need to know.

Vodafone have a great range of decent 3G handsets on their site from about £50 and at least they let you make calls and send texts as well as all the fancy stuff

Right I see.

Do Three charge for delivery off their website. I have an easyMobile number I want to PAC over to them, once I receive the phone is it just a case of calling up Three with the PAC, is there a special number to call Three on to PAC over to them?

Right, I just find home delivery easier, as I usually work nights, so sleep during the day, at least with it delivered I will be in, even if it means waking me up. Though Friday night and Saturday night are my weekends off, I could pop out tomorrow afternoon and pick one up, not activate it until I've used my free credit up on easyMobile, will get the PAC from EM in a couple of days.

The cheap handset is only the start....

Calls on 3's WePay cost 30p per minute to other networks!!! (3 times the cost of esyMobile).

Might be best looking at the range in Tesco or T-Mobile's Everyone pre-pay deals before buying!!
