For real?? Some wacky choices there, then.

This is going to make me very, very unpopular, but I really can't stand Dancing In The Moonlight, or Toploader. I'll reserve judgement until tomorrow night, but I am worried.

Eurythmics for a tango.... hmm? Maybe....

I really hope this isn't the same order as they will dance - Emma and Darren have already danced first once! Some of the remaining couples have never danced first. And Claire and Brendan are on early for the second week running.

I hate Dancing in the Moonlight too, but considering the rest of the world seems to disagree it could be a good move for Carol and Matthew. The Eurythmics should be interesting, I think that could go either way. At least it's not as bad as Money Money Money.

it is the same order, it always is

Emma & Darren's choice for the Cha Cha Cha seems a mite bizzare to my untrained eyes

IS THIS TRUE? ....Claire & Brendon dancing the Tango to Ross Mitchell's 'OLE GUAPA' and Matt & Lilia dancing the WALTZ to Ross Mitchell's 'WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD'?
What on earth is proper dance music doing on this programme? Have the BBC and the professionals all been reading the Forums? And Peter and Erin doing the Slow Foxtrot to Sammy Davis Jnr. Wow, it's taken a long time but they seem to be getting there!! As it's too early for April 1st does this mean that the resident band is becoming redundant?

The dancing order is worked out in a slightly peculiar way I think. From what Ray said on ITT on Monday, he was told he was on first because it would be "a good show opener". I'm not sure that was the real reason, there were better acts to use from that point of view I think.

But definitely, some acts have never been first, and I would have thought it would be better just to be fair and make everyone have a turn at it.

I've been trying to imagine how this song would work, but I end up bouncing my head and looking like an edjit in front of my colleagues. Hope it isn't finger-peeping horror.

Best wait until tomorrow, I guess.

Carol and Matthew's choice is heinous! as was their song last week, Matthew obviously loves really annoying songs... the rest seem ok, though Lillia and Matt's is a bit sappy!

I think All Right Now could make a great cha cha cha-song. Can't wait to see what Emma and Darren will make of it. The Eurythmics-song sounds very interesting for a tango. It all depends on the way the band are going to play it, but it might be great! Can't say I'm very excited about Mark and Karen's choice... always hated that soppy Richard Marx-song. Hope it won't spoil the dance for me. Nah, who am I kidding, they will be brilliant !!!

I think they judge it on the dance - they never seem to start off with any of the slow ballroom numbers or a rumba - they like to put the quicker paced stuff up first. Looking forward to Louisa's tango now I know the music, but what on earth was Matt thinking? Sainsbury's and Jamie Olivier have left a curse on Toploader! They better be very, very good, particularly if Peter's back on ballroom.

Just been playing it on my iTunes. It's a corker of a tune. I can sort of see where the cha-cha-cha might come in, so yeah, this particular choice could prove verrry interesting.

I'm quite liking these song choices, different, but likeable. I think that All Right Now will make a good cha cha dance! I certainly think Karen's choice is a good one.
Toploader- I quite like it, not sure how it will work though...

It's an okay song but in my head it works well for the dance. Emma and Darren's one I really can't imagine how it works...

Sweet Dreams are made of this, I can imagine that in my head already. Great Tango tune. Who am I to disagree?

Slightly off topic but why such a mix of dances? Five different ones? I thought they usually stuck to the format of two different dances per show.

I've no idea but I'm just very glad the men are not all doing rhumba - the thought of Peter's efforts is already giving me nightmares

Emma and Darren going first wouldn't be the first couple to go first again - look at Ray and Camilla!!!

Yes, and look what happened to them, despite Ray being a good dancer generally. That's what I'm worried about for Emma and Darren. However much people complain about them, they are far too good to be out at this stage.

Me !!

It's good that some of them are using 'proper' music. I know that some of the dances work well with the modern stuff but Eurythmics for a Tango ? hmm I hope i'm wrong.
