Because Matt and Lilia scored the highest with the judges they are probably safe, otherwise they could be in for a shock-exit since voting is obviously not linked with best performance?

Surprised with: how good Matt was, but I still wouldn't have had him top and how they said Carol had improved. I wasn't really very impressed with her...not that much!...but then, I guess, I thought she was OK last week she was just picked up too much and that wasn't her fault.

I think some people vote to save couples that were not the worst or are in danger of leaving. I don't think it has anything to do with causing the shock exits; it's an attempt to save a couple from becoming the victim of a shock exit.

Who get my vote: Carol & Matthew - I love this pair but was also impressed with the big variety of genuine cha cha steps which she did well. She could have sold it all a lot more and needs tokeep working at a few things, but technically there was a lot of very good stuff in that routine!
Surprised with: Arlene actually giving honest opinion of Mark's dance. Am a fan of Mark, but not of Arlene's bias! Would have said Bruno's 9 for Emma, but you can't really call it a surprise!
