'Spoken word' songs...?
Can anyone add to this list of songs which are kind of 'spoken on' rather than sung, for a compilation CD I want to do. So far I've got:
Death in Vegas - Aisha Belle & Sebastian - A Space Boy Dream Ballboy - A Day in Space Whipping Boy - We Don't Need Nobody Else Arab Strap - The First Big Weekend Blue Aeroplanes (virtually everything they've done!!) Baz Luhrmann -Sunscreen |

Failthless - Insomnia
Other faithless songs are like it but this is more spoken than the others in my opinion. Theres no electricity, somethings all over me. Greasy. Insomnia please release me and let me dream about making mad love to my girl on the heath. Tearing off tights with my teeth But theres no release no peace I toss and turn without cease I open my eyes and rise like yeast. |
