Hot-footed duo Erin Boag and Anton Du Beke had a furoius bust-up before hitting the SCD stage.
The Professionals -partnered for a special Micheal Bolton routine-fell out over choreography.
An insider revealed: "Anton had strong ideas on how the routine should be performed but Erin wasn't comfortable with them. She said as much and they fell out pretty spectacularly.
"You wouldn't have guessed it to watch them but they've been scrapping like cat and dog"

this a report if it is true its upset me but if it is not then i really despise the news of the world could they not just leave them alone

People argue. The typically British naive puritannical attitude to relationships propagated by the tabloids is unrealistic.

I wouldnt worry. There has been so many stories about the pro and celebs but when you see them together you just think....nah!
The news of the World doesnt have a great reputation for telling the truth!

Anton and Erin are both highly talented, motivated dancers, I imagine they have arguments, bust ups etc all the time, they're both very passionate about what they do. I wouldn't read too much into it, like the Mark & Karen bust up story, I'd imagine it pretty much a non-story. I'd be far more surprised to read that they'd never fallen out or disagreed over a routine

Not believing a word of that I have to say! Or even if they did fall out over choreography, they're both professional enough to not take it personally.

People argue, that's life. People who work together for a long time are bound to have spats, it's hardly news.

Happens all the time.......even if they did have words it's a non-story.
Working together as much as they do with both probably having strong opinions, they won't get on all the time..........i think they are well known to have "discussions" anyway.

I have regular "words" with one of my best friend's at work, and if we can't agree we just agree to disagree .......sign of a healthy friendship i think.....it's when you stop communicating that the problems start.

This is the New Of The World, it says anything that may ever make a story. If an argument did happen then so what, we are all human and have our own opinions. Anton and Erin are very passionate about what they do because they want to do it well, and if they argue every once in a while then so be it.

Boy, some *insider* is really busy at the moment, aren't they?!

It doesn't matter if they argued. What matters is the dance. And that was fantastic.

The News of the World once printed a hige photo of myself and my friend at a football match (years ago, when I followed it - I don't now), and the report made it appear that we were bored with the game (as it was being played). I know exactly when that picture was taken and it was 30 minutes before the match even started!!!!

What this illustrates clearly is that rags such as The News of the World (whom I have never forgiven and wrote and complained to at the time) have a passing acquaintance with the 'truth' at best and at worst will downright lie!

So don't take this alleged 'spat' too much to heart. As has already been stated so eloquently by others, people who work together tend to argue. It's human nature. And dancers, being creative and excitable people, are more prone to it. It doesn't necessarily mean anything.

Another example from the NoTW, I happen to have gone to the same school as a fairly well known tv actress - I'd have been in the sixth form as she started so I didn't know her at all - but it's definately the same school. Now, as far as I'm aware I went to a large, mixed, Roman Catholic Comprehensive school in North London, when this actress was interviewed the school had magically changed into an exclusive, private Convent School for girls - now I know I didn't pay that much attention in school, but I think I'd have noticed that

Should we start calling you Maria?! LOL

Nothing convent like about you in the GMR thread!

Bah, the rags aren't even good enough to eat our fish and chips out of these days!

I was taught by nuns at an earlier school, left me with a filthy mind and an inbuilt fear of penguins

It does make me laugh though, another person I was at school with (same class this time) became an actress and reasonably well known, although less for acting and more for some of the boyfriends she's had - some of the stuff I've seen printed about her background is such complete guff it's laughable, although she was the worlds biggest liar so a lot of it probably comes from her *

*I would just point out it was a bog standard North London comprehensive I went to, and not a stage school

Big news - not! Being in a pressurised profession means that they're probably arguing all the time - the difference is that trash like the NOTW are always on the dig for more dirt nowadays.

The routine looked fine on the night!

It was a big popular north london school of the type you describe in Muswell Hill with a number of famous people as alumni whose agents reinvented their past later on in the manner you outlined.

It was merged with something else and became... oh ... erm ... I forget. Or maybe it was burned down.

Oh sorry, nope, mine was a very scuzzy one in a much scuzzier area, I think these two are the only two that have actually got any sort of fame, certainly never spotted anyone else, bascially the school was filled with the dregs who couldn't get into the two decent RC schools in the area (me included )

Similarly, I was in the same year on the same course at the same uni with someone who is now part of a famous pop group. About 2 years ago, a lot of people in my situation recieved emails via Friends Reunited from another ex alumni of our uni a year below us now working for the News Of The World looking for people who would be willing to dish the dirt on her uni days for cash. None of us were really close to her as she was a girl who had lived at home and travelled to uni just for lectures, but I was fuming about it as the "journalist" in question was also from my uni, it just seemed so cheap and disloyal.

There was no scandal in this girl, so I presume they just had to make something up.

Well perhaps Erin didn't like the ending to their dance...he dropped her didn't he! I am surprised nobody mentioned that bit.

Dont worry about Anton and Erin. They fight like cat and dog all the time. Doesnt affect the performance in any way.

They sometimes use the studio where I have lessons with John Byrnes when they are practising. Their falling out noisily is well known there. They have done it for years and it hasnt spoilt anything yet.
Anton thinks he is boss but Erin often has other ideas and so the fuse gets lit. C'est la vie.

Yes, I was just about to say this...Anton and Erin always argue but that's what makes them dance so well.
