Not sure what the funniest line is but I know it will have been delivered by either Ant or Dec. Those two still make the show work for me. 
After Scott's first pathetic trial and he wandered off, Dec (or Ant) said:
"Pathetic. Doesn't he know how difficult it is to get a disco ball into the middle of the jungle?"

For me it would be a toss up between either of these two!
I wasn't really watching last night, but it was on in the background (I was round a friends). I know something from last night was definetly the funniest line of the show so far though, and for me, it was probably delivered by Scott!

Yeah - this was jsut the best line of the series. In fact, i think David is the best reason to watch this year. He's had a few other god lines as well
