Scd/doi/sdf

Which do you prefer? I like them all but I think Dancing on Ice is my favourite, for one thing we seem to get better looking Pro's on there, I mean last year I could have watched Matt Evers for ever (didn't like his partner) but he was gorgeous.

SCD then SDF then DOI. But all fairly close.

You're asking this question in the SCD forum. What do you expect most people to answer??

Goes without saying...

Not entirely - none are in direct competition (not a coincedence I think).

dont like SDF at all - love SCD but even as a dance professional I prefer DOI just think the show has a bit more excitement about it also as you know Seymour the DOI professionals are so great even sparing time for webchats

SCD and DOI tied...then SDF. I loved the first season, but the second was disappointing. Hope it's better next time.

Too right Bendy, that is why I think they are the tops. I can't see many of the SCD pro's making time for webchats.

I likes DOI I does, though.
People get hurt in various very spectacular ways and bleed ... a lot.

Didn't James Martin bleed once?

Bill Turnbull certainly did.

Paso Doble, I think, when Camilla whacked him in the mouth with her elbow. I think Bruno said 'well you certainly look like you've been in a bull fight!'

True - but DOI just adds a bit more excitment to it ( - sound like Bruno there ).
I mean Bonnie Langford and the head thwack - twice!
Happy days

(Not that I watch ice skating just for the chance that someone will fall over and/or hurt themselves - honestly)

I got bored of DOI after a while. It got very samey week after week. Perhaps if they'd had a clearer theme each week. Just imagine SCD if all they did was a freestyle type dance every week - it would take away so much of the variety that the different dances give.

SCD is definitely the best!!! DOI is a knock off of SCD....just on ice, but I still watched it....it just isn't as good in my personal opinion - only because I prefer ballroom and latin to ice dancing!

SCD is my favourite, then SDF. Unfortunately, Dancing on Ice doesn't do it for me and I blame the commercial brakes for that.

at least scd has different styles of dace every week, doi is good but very repetitive. I hate sdf

Exactly. Actually it's a knock-off of the Strictly Ice Dancing special.

The only thing that annoyed me about DOI is that they didn't seem to regard their pros very highly. They weren't even there in the final.

SCD is definitely the best!!!

I enjoy SDF too......but that is because I find Graham Norton quite funny (Well there has to someone who does!)

Dancing on Ice is OK ~ but I did find the commercial breaks a bit of a chore.

I absolutely adore all 3, for different reasons.

SCD - LOVE the Pros Dancing, and their personalities.

SDF - The first series was totally gripping [and Katie, from Alex & Katie, the Tango couple] came on a forum I was posting reports on and was soooo sweet.
Also LOVE Graham Norton.

DOI - As a T&D Fan of 27 years, I was soooo excited about this show. It was a huge improvement on the BBC's Strictly Ice Dancing one off show, very professionally produced, and I know one of the Pros, Marika, so got the backstage gossip via email, which was fab.
Am gutted she can't do series 2.

All 3 formats have been huuuuuge hits around the world, so YAY for the Brit TV formats!
The latest one is Maria - currently in the States with Denise van Outen presenting, searching for 2 stars for Grease.
