I dont mean a taking a sudden liking for or the opposite. I mean going on a "rollercoaster".

Mine was Carol Smile at the start I was indifferent to the middle aged woman who laughed when mucking up the decor in people homes.

Then through weeks 3+4 I thought this could be a potential winner.

Highlight was the strappy dress and floorspin.

Now I think she has basically hit the limit of her ability with really poor basic technique. Although I give her some credit to reaching it quickly

I hate to join on the anti Emma and Darren bandwagon but for me it's Emma.
As a spice girl I thought she was lovely best of the bunch.
When the series began and she was tipped as the winner I thought okay maybe she can, she certainly had the ability.

However the obvious favouritism shown by Craig and the lack of effort put into the show, has made me feel that she doesn't show the dedication and obvious enthusiasum that alot of the celebs ( Matt ) now show on a weekly basis.

I was so oblivious and indifferent to him to begin with, they were my least favourite couple. We saw no fun, no friendship, no interest from him at all and now, now...Wow ! Even if his Latin doesn't live up to his ballroom he's come out of his shell, found the pasion and love of dance and gives it his all.

Matt ~ after the "bottom wiggling" incident I found it hard to watch him BUT his performance over the last two weeks has been very good - I am actually looking forward to seeing on Saturday.

And Jan - but for the wrong reason... (Up then down, and stay down there)

No rollercoaster yet but maybe I will revisit this thread in the future!

Edit: Oh forgot Louisa - very good with the quickstep, not so good with the foxtrot, the samba could be so much better, and then, WOW! That tango!

I'd never heard of him before SCD.
I thought he was great.

I ignored Matt & Lilia (my "invisible couple") until they began to improve, so there has been a big change there.

I also have much more time for Brendan than I used to

I really disliked Matt after seeing him on a few other reality shows and now I just think no personality whatsoever!

I also thought that Jan - as somebody who makes a living taking the whatsit out of other famous people - would have taken the show in better humour instead of acting like a fool.

Matt - he's climbing the hill - but I need to see a conving Latin performance from him - didn't like him much before or in the early weeks, but Lilia's worked her magic and he's coming on nicely.

Emma - never lived up to the pre show hype and it caught up with her big time last week

Carol, as a person. I had a preconceived idea of what she would be like on reality TV and she has had completely the opposite effect. I have a great deal of respect for her now.

Matt Dawson. Loved him before the series started, then he got on my nerves big style, but loved his American Smooth and Waltz now I like him again!

Matt Dawson and Carol are both now SO much better than they were at the start!

At first I didn't like Claire and Brendan but now they're one of my favourite couples.

I think Carol Smilie must let herself go, she seems slightly reserved would love to see her just go for it.

One minute I like Brendan the next I dont. I really warmed to him on Love Island.
Did he do the dirty on Camilla.............anyone know?

Louisa. I didn't like her at first, chiefly because whenever I've caught a glimpse of her on Eastenders she's been really annoying. I loved her on the first show when she was so visibly nervous, and again the next week with the jive, then reverted to dislike when she was in that whiny "I can't do it!" phase and every other word she said was "attack". Now I think she's great! The tango was amazing, I'm starting to love her chemistry with Vincent, and she seems to have a good attitude to the whole thing. Will it last though...?

Mines Emma. Used to love her in the Spice Girls, now..... not so much.

It has got to be Claire. I never heard of her before the series (don't want telly much, let alone soap) now I have the world of respect for her. She's such a great attitude and work so hard so I like her after 2-3 weeks. I think her dancing is as good as everybody else. Yesterday I read this article about her Arthritis and know that she suffered great pain for every step. I couldn't believe someone could be so brave and with such courage. I really hope that there'll be a cure for her illness.

My thoughts on Claire are the opposite!
LOVED her on bad girls but not the biggest fan of her on SCD!!! Shes ok, Im not saying I dislike her or anything but I dunno, just don't like her as much as I thought I would!

Matt dawson, Thought he was a bit of an idiot at the start but like him now plus he's a good dancer which helps.
I like how him and Lilia are really relaxed with each other now

Matt Dawson, he has completely changed, when he first came on the show he seemed quite reserved and to hold back, now he is coming out of his shell I'm loving it

Downward: Emma I wanted her to win me over as she was always the least offensive of the spice girls; but she has her guard up 24/7 she hasn't thrown herself into the competition for crying out loud Emma just enjoy it - you have agreat partner!
