Phina displays plenty of bravado, but she knows her strengths and weaknesses, and she may also know that she needs to stay on a good path because she has a energetic, volitile nature, which many people may find full on, she's not perfect and I'm sure she know's it.

I personally think that's it's a good quality to be able, as a human being, to recognize ones flaws, too often we just carry on through life thinking that we do not need improving upon.

Two of the least popular people have the largest thread after 'Live Eviction'. They are obviously the most emotive, but people still want them out. Hmmmm......

Yeah, Phina doesn't have many redeeming qualities. Fine she can do tasks but in a popularity contest you need to be at least likeable.

I'm with andy1973 on this... I find it hard to find anything likeable about her.

Me too, yes, she is strong and brave, but she doesn't come across as being a very nice person IMO.

I can see nice on TV any day of the week.
I want conflict - teeth & nails, tears, frustration & starvation, backbiting, sulking, dirty looks etc.

I agree. Nice is boring, boring, boring. Especially on tv.

That's how it is marketed.

You can have conflict in the sense that each is pitted against the other and there can only be one winner.
Phina is just plain unpleasant and full of her own importance, even though she isn't important.
If she wants to leave the show, let her go and even encourage her to leave. The jungle would be a better place in my opinion.

But they are not are they. They have agreed to get on, to work as a team.
As to there being one winner, that is only beginning to kick in now the expulsions have begun.
And they can do very little to influence the vote other than get on together and play happy, caring campers.

That's not conflict in my view.

I personally think it was a mistake to get viewers to vote for who they wanted to stay in; if it had been who they wanted out, I am certain there would have been a very different result.
I hope we would have got rid of wimp and Phina by now.
You can have a contest without being agressive, by the way.

Boring though

Yes, it's been proven time and again that when people are nice, we all complain because it's not entertaining! I quite like Phina, I'm sure she's a pain to live with, but she's OK to watch. I don't see any signs of her being more full of herself than any of the others, except perhaps for Mylene. One could hardly say that Jan Leeming wasn't pretty much self-obsessed!

David Gest is also full of himself, as he said, massive ego, but of course, every one loves that. Jan is also full of latent agression, but that seems to be more acceptable.

I sort of agree with that.........when they were considering who should go first and someone (one of the wallpapper ones) asked him if it wouldnt hurt his ego, David turned round to answer so fast his head nearly snapped off! ' Oh, no- me? My ego is HUUUUUGE!'

However, I like him. Ithink he knows himself and which bits of himself are silly, so he laughs at them. Must have spent £1000'sssssssssssin psychotherapy, but WAY TO GO, GESTY!
