Personally, I think Jan would test the patience of the most saintly ...

Imagine having to put up with her histronics on a daily basis ..

Perhaps, you'd like to explain once and for all how Phina is a bully?

she would have been a horror in her teens twenties thirties fourties fifties and now in her sixties
she is a vile woman...."you made me swear" ...the lady veneer slipped well and truly there didn't it

her eyes flashed with anger at not getting her own way with phina and whenever she is losing an argument it's "leave it there"
on another forum it was said that she was the alleged model for sally smedley ...the supercillious snobby woman from drop the dead donkey ...and yes i can see that

Isn't it at all possible that Jan might be reacting to friction between her and phina rather than sitting back and calculating every move, which is what everybody seems to be suggesting? Ok don't shoot me.

The thing that annoys me more than anything is that amongst the other ladies, Phina is the only one that genuinely seems to care about Jan and gives her the most attention

I believe Jan just doesn't like Phina and doesn't want to get along with her and it pains her so much that Phina is not the malicious type

According to Phillip Schofield, Jan was known as 'Screaming Leeming' during her newsreader days.

I don't know why she thinks she's 'posh'. She is certainly very patronising with her 'you're a woman of the people,' (i.e. common) comments.

It's my opinion, not a definitive fact...I thought the way she was in that chest task with the boys was atrocious, but as the threads about it at the time indicated I was about the only person who was on Scott's side in it.

For me, threatening to beat up an OAP, regardless of how flippant the comment was meant to be and how much provocation there was is disgusting behaviour...as is biting and scratching someone for the sake of some cheese.

If those are the sort of things she does and says on camera for cheese and because someone annoys her I dread to think what she's like in private, she just comes across as aggressive, unpleasant and angry to me.

I didn't get that I thought she was just saying that Phina was more in tune with people than she was

I certainly agree that you should never talk to an OAP that way, I have always thought Phina was aggressive from the beginning, she really does not have a very Christian attitude.
