Quite a nice bit but only a brief mention of Mark by Lorraine who said he and Matt are doing well.

I thought his dance lesson with the GMTV reporter was entertaining. In the studio Anton said this year isn't the best standard of dancing out of all four series but it is an even field which makes it more interesting - that Jan and Peter went out on dances they did well and the week before dances that they would have struggled with. He did say Matt had come on in leaps and bounds and could be there to the end.

What did Craig say on Breakfast TV?

No problem Frodora. If you are at work I can fill in a bit more. As I said Anton was his usual joking self. A reporter (don't know her name) had an AS lesson probably in his dance school ending with a short performance which went pretty well.
Then they were both in the studio with Lorraine and he talked about the show a little. He said he would like to be in it to the end one day - that Jan was very upset to leave (he agreed she was, Lorraine brought it up) - that Matt started out thinking it would be nice to learn to dance a bit but was shocked by the criticism of the judges and is now taking it seriously and really loving it - that a lot don't realise how much work it entails and as they are successful in what they do, aren't used to criticism- someone (maybe Lorraine) said the judges are a little erratic this year with such diverse opinions of the same dance to which Anton said that the judges are always right (not sure how serious he was there) - that it is a level field right now - that was a shock to see Emma in the bottom two but it wasn't her best performance - that Louisa varies in form but her Tango was great - that Claire is a great person - he said he will/hopes to be back next year and with a great partner, the reporter offered her services although she said she did tread on his foot - they were joking about the training a bit - Anton said that the reporter grabbed his buttocks (that bit was on film!)- she said 'you told me to!' - Anton said he had just told her to hang her arms down by her side but didn't say anything as he enjoyed it - she then said she loves Anton but in a proper way i.e. husband doesn't need to worry.

That's all I can remember. I'm sure he mentioned the others but I didn't record it so I can't check

P.S. I've added a bit more - but that really is all I know. Even though I support Brendan, I really like Anton

What did Craig say on Breakfast TV?”

Just the usual rubbish.

Still trying to justify idiot marking.

Afraid I tuned most of him out. He has that effect on me now.

I even found him interesting once.

That's interesting, I wonder which series he does rate as having the best dancers? I think series 2 was well up there with both the fantastic Jill and the brilliant Denise.

Sorry to miss the Anton bit, but definitely not sorry to miss the Craig bit. Craig is so contradictory to himself all the time, there's nothing new. He's hopeless. I would suggest everyone not to invite him to any interview.

Anton didn't actually say it wasn't the best. Most of his comments came in response to Lorriane saying something - in this case, she said this year the standard is so high and it is the best ever or words to that effect. He was only saying he doesn't know if/think it is necessarily the best but it is evenly balanced which makes it more interesting. Of course, I didn't tape it so I'm may not be 100% correct in what I say.
