Cheers! Same here, block B5!! Couldn't be happier. Also booked for Amsterdam, as there is no way I could live with myself having only seen them once.
Those 8 months are just going to roll by - Not...

I managed to get them in the pre-sale. Same with the Amsterdam venue, they only go on sale on Saturday!

Typical! The ticket I got earlier is block 22 but just had a message from a mate offering me a spare he got in D5! Looks like I'll have one to sell nearer to the gig now-face value of course!

Managed to get mine through Ticketmaster this morning but the on-line queue took a good 15 minutes.

I'm sorry but anyone willing to pay £60 to go a see a band in concert wants their head examining.

In your opinion! I am,and have been before, quite willing to pay £60-£75 to see Genesis,Billy Joel,Bruce Springsteen, etc, because I know I'm going to get my moneys worth. On the other hand I've seen some gigs advertised where, although I like some of their music,I'm not a serious fan of the artist concerned and have found myself unwilling to pay the asking price.

Basically it all boils down to how serious you are about an artist and their music, how much you really want to see them and how much you are willing to pay to do so.

I thought they went downhill a bit after "Duke".

Basicaly it all boils down to how much the said artist wants to screw you over for money. Your not seriously telling me that Genesis are short of a penny or two. I can understand you point about how serious you are about an artist but i still find £60 an absolute joke when you can go and some some of the finest bands in this country for £25/30. Untill people actually stop paying these vastly over inflated sums of money to see these bands the price will just continue to spiral upwards.

Blimey I forgot all about this post.

To all those who went, wasn't it a great couple of hours! Can't believe it's nearly 8 months since the gig. Time flies etc...
