7650 and Orange SIM problem

I got a Nokia 7650 on an Orange contract today and I have a problem with it. Whenever it receives a call (when I call it) it freezes. What happens is the screen flickers once and it just locks up and no buttons work so I have to remove the battery.
I tried two other Orange SIMs in it and it works fine when I call those - and I tried the new SIM in other phones and it has no problems.
So the problem only occurs with my new SIM in the phone, is it a problem with the SIM or is the phone faulty? Any ideas before I phone Mobiles or Orange?

A friend of mine had exactly the same problem, it was resolved by a sim update message from Orange

That was the problem - the SIM update didn't go through when I called to activate it last night. It's OK now.
