A total star definitely Jan to win.”

Oh, dear me, no! Someone that humourless has no place in an entertainment show. If I ever see her again, it will be too soon.

I really cannot bear people with a victim complex.

It is clear to me that some of you have not had the 'pleasure' of a Jan-type person in your lives.
Lucky *******!

Oh believe me, I have a Jan type person in my life....shes called my Nanna.
It's just the way that people are at that age & the age they were brought up in. Im not saying that they are all like that, but quite a few are. Women used to gossip and bitch over the garden fences in her day.

Let her whinge, she aint hurt anyone or bombing Iraq. Its not important.

The best way to resolve any victim complex would be winning a national popularity contest. I think Jan winning would make the most watchable ending. The rest would be just ending on a fizzle. The rest are completely sure of themselves and will just be more so, but for Jan it would be a whole new beginning and at 64 that's not bad going, can't help but admire her myself.

My Jan- type person is a lot younger than 64. I'm betting Jan has been similar for most of her life too. My person would describe herself as a feminist, so it's not deference to men that I particularly object to ( though I'm not too keen on it) or even constant whinging - it is her lack of self awareness. Bottom line - I think if someone lacks this to the degree she appears to, conversations become a lecture/ battle and the person inevitably ends up lonely and wondering why everyone is against them.

After the last visit from the person I know, my partner and I fell asleep on the sofa as soon as her car drove away - at 1.00pm in the afternoon!

Jan reminds me of my elderly dog, he can't perform unless he's propped up against a tree either.

I feel kind of sorry for her but it is painful to watch someone so hopelessly unaware of herself, I hope she doesn't come out of it too badly but equally I hope she doesn't sing any more musical numbers.

I think Jan would gain most from the win than anyone else really and has proved herself and got stronger, to me her story has been the most intresting. Anyway most people are going with Gest it looks like but a Jan win would be far more thrilling to my mind.
