I din't understand Len's comments on Mark, as he said the Latin was letting him down. this comment seemed purely based on last week's rumba.To my mind, Mark's best dances have all been his Latin. In fact he hasn't done much ballroom at all, has he? I can only think of the Tango and I thought he was a bit overrated in that.

I think Len stated his opinion and that's just fine. After all, dance is an art, not a science. Personally I didn't rate Darren Gough at all last year yet a lot of people thought he was excellent. Such is life.

He never seems to me to have particular favourites. He's never been consistently nice to one couple or consistently mean to one. He just likes what he likes.

Dont know why the guy thinks he is so great. Has anyone managed to watch all of his DVD with those irritating rhymes all the way through?
If anyone has seen it please could they explain to me in the jive why the couple who are demonstrating dont put their heel to the floor in the fallaway rock. I get into trouble if I dont do that every time no matter how fast the music is. I asked John and he said if they are not doing it then that is wrong and Mr Goodman needs calling to account.

Sillly Len needs calling to account on more than one issue, particularly to explain why he covertly said to Craig and Arlene last week after Brendan and Claire's dance - just as they were walking off - "Well done, you two". His face was hidden by Arlene's head, but you could clearly hear his voice and he was addressing his remark to Arlene and Craig. I have played it over and over again to make sure I have it right. You could read many things into this comment. I am not going to suggest corruption, but he was obviously disgusted that Craig and Arlene had praised the dance and were therefore going to give a good mark. Hence he gave them a controversial 6 to average out the total. He hasn't forgiven them for the lift, nor his little sidekick Bruno. At least Craig docked a mark at the time and Arlene showed her anger at the time by telling him he should be running home in his white underpants (as in Love Island). But at least they haven't continued to bear a grudge. I don't understand what has got into Len this year. He really is odious and a nasty small-minded man. Doesn't he love himself on ITT. Going Way .................. as if cheering himself. What a fool.

It was obviously a bit of fun, I'm guessing he made up the marks as he went along... I did think it was quite odd, especially since he effectively ranked the couples:
1= Mark
= Matt
3= Emma
= Carol
5 Louisa
6 Claire

Now I know we all have different opinions on this but to my mind that is a very odd ranking- and I'm a huge Matt supporter. Len seemed to mark Matt solely on the last two performances, but then marked Louisa down on much earlier performances. I would probably have agreed with it if he had put Louisa between Mark and Matt.

I think this irritating man must have got on the show as a golfing mate of Bruce Forsythe. I'm certain of one thing though, get rid of him or lose viewers.
His DVD is full of inaccuracies and his half tern report was a waste of time.

I really don't think many will be turning off because of Len...

No, if your a true scd fan Len could not make you turn off, but he is really infuriating people. I never would have thought that I would be mostly agreeing with craig, that for sure!

True he does play golf with Bruce.

Haveyou watched the DVD then? What have you seen in it. I particularly wanted to watch the jive bit as it features in my medal test. I cant believe that the couple doing the demo in the DVD who are obviously not beginners dont do that basic fallaway rock step correctly.
