Scott has no profile, I'd never heard of him before this programme. He is what Ant and Dec said - a coward. Completely pathetic individual, all he can do is bitch, and he isn't even very smart at that.

I have no desire to defend Scott - I agree with your assessment of him - but, in all fairness, he does have a profile. In his own field he is very successful and well known.
Lets be honest he's not doing himself any favours. I think the fashion world is notoriously bitchy, he's going to get ripped to shreds. As a matter of interest do you think his next collection will be announced by him saying ' I tried my very very best.....' Fnar!

Yes, it does make your point less valid. I would not be going in blindly, I know the history of the show, so I would know what to expect. Read the posts following my earlier statement, they put it more succinctly.

Then you either don't understand my point or I haven't put it across correctly.
Saying and doing are two different things, knowing what to expect and being able to do it are two different things.

I can see what your saying and its a fair point. However none of us have been asked to do the show that sit on our sofa's.
Scott seems to know the in's and out's of the show. When Jan reacted to the fact she was doing so many trails, scott knew all the reasons to why she was being picked, because of her moaning and saying things like "what ive done".
So he knows how the public thinks and votes.
Its not the fact he failed his trails and scored so little stars, that were calling him a whimp. Its the fact he gave up so easily and so quickly, without making an effort. He had all these excuses, about thing's going up his u know what and the fact he has a thing about being stuck in a small enviroment.
In the past, contestants made an effort, and facied there fears, and grined and beared it. Thats what made them to be liked. Scott on the other hand, didnt try stick them out, and fight his fears. It was a case that he has this and that excuse and that is that, im not doing it, no way.
All the planning gone in them trails, went to waste.
He is very camp, which we have seen on reality tv shows, that can be a very endearing quility to have. I think the public voted him to do the dance trail, as it sounded camp and it would had suited him to do and fun to watch. Could had been the only trail he may have done, if he had made a effort at least.

I have never called Scott a coward. I don't think he's a coward. I think he purposefully chose not to do the trials, because he did not have to. It was just easier to play scared. He entered the competiton purely for the exposure, and he has achieved his aim.

I think he may live to regret entering this competition, as he's been branded a national wimp. Not the exposuer im sure he had in mind.
Prehaps he would had been more suited to celeb big brother and probally kicking himself in janaury when its on, wishing he tryed out for that instead.
