No, and I wouldn't as I dislike their posturing and their mediocre music. But I read a review someone put on another forum I frequent, but it's much less comlimentary than yours

Just got back from seeing them at Newcastle Academy. I am sitting here stunned that I paid 25 quid to watch what can only be described as 'shite'. The old material sounds stale, the new material sucks, and they managed to ruin their best song (Glamorous Indie Rock and Roll) by f**king up the timing in the great bit in the middle where it goes 'I take my twist with a shout...'.

Of course, the 'one gig a year crowd' loved it, but how much longer can they survive on that? They are going to die on their arses on the arena tour next year, and if anyone has a ticket, my advice would be to stick it on ebay now. Seriously.

One of the biggest problems is that they now seem to have turned into some kind of soft rock Spinal Tap, and the posturing and posing and general crawling up their own arseholes means that they simply cannot connect with a crowd anymore. They used to be able to, but they seem to have lost that, and with it, lost the ability to put on a good show.

Each to their own, I have been to 4 other gigs this year and this was by far the best. As far as Im aware from what I heard after the show there wasnt anything anyone had to complain about, all smiles! And as for indie rock and roll, it was the best song of the night.

As for not being able to connect with the crowd, they did a pretty good job getting 500 or so fans screaming the lyrics back to them

Either that gig was a dud or the reviewer was a miserable sod, saw them at Wolves and they were amazing.

Nah the reviewer isn't a miserable sod, it's from a festival forum though so there is a fair bit of music snobbery *lol*
There are replies from people both agreeing and disagreeing about the quality of The Killers live. I think it's just that they've turned into abit of a marmite band now really, not helped by Brandon Flowers seemingly disappearing up his own backside
