I listened to Richard as well and i think by the way he was speaking that it is Fame Academy.She will be learning her songs and getting some vocal training as they have only 3 weeks and the normal one is 8 weeks so they have to prepare beforehand.I think Richard said she would be all over your tv screens for 3 weeks in a few weeks time and she was away at the moment and he repeated she was away.The only other thing i can think of is a travel show.Susie is on next week in a Place i n t he Sun

Yes Jane he did say she would be all over our screens.
Ialso think he was hinting it was Fame Academy, but haven't watched this before so not sure what it is.
Will be watching it anyway because I need to see Nikki.

Fame academy was on a few years back and last time Alex Parks won.Thet do a celebrity one every year for Comic Relief.That Scottish dj won last year .Its all about singing.There are usually six boys and six girls in two bedrooms. They have to get up in the mornings to do aerobics and dance class with Kevin who is quite hard on them and hates late people! They then shower have breakfast and go to vocal training as a group and then individual training to help them with their song .All meals are prepared for them and they stay in a big mansion all the time.They then have to sing live in front of family and friends and a panel of judges who can be very cutting.Someone is voted out each time.The public have to vote and the bottom 2 go before the judges and they decide who stays.They have to learn a new song each time and also duets.At night they relax and have a drink and a bit of fun.It is very hard as they have to learn dance moves as well as the songs and seems to be tiring

The being away was definately to do with the upcoming tv show.Maybe its Princess Nikki2 and shes been filming

Princess Nikki2 do you think?That would be classed as reality wouldnt it?It was definately a reality show he was hinting at.Would Celebrity Fame Academy be listed as reality or as its for comic relief come under something else?

Can't imagine Nikki on that ,I think it is on longer than 3 weeks so maybe fame academy is more likely.

The Reality TV Diary from the mirror isn't very comprehensive. They missed out Celebrity Big Brother, Shipwrecked: Battle of the Islands and Safari School just from January (Fame Academy vocal coach Carrie Grant is on Safari School).
Around March 7th sounds about right for the start of Comic Relief does Fame Academy as one celebrity is usually evicted each night in the run up to the final on Red Nose Day (March 16th 2007). With between 10 and 12 contestants the show can't run for much longer than 10 days without changing the format.
For those that haven't watched any Fame Academy before (although not to everybodys taste) it's a fantastic show IMHO (my favourite reality show by a long way). It has all the drama of the X-Factor finals plus live streaming with lots happening during the day and the build up to the main shows plus the aftermath, lots of good tuition for anyone interested in learning about singing technique and performance and lots of fun and interaction with the contestants thrown together BB style in a shared living space. Make the most of it because it only comes around every two years as a celebrity version now for RND.
The previous CRDFAs had great contestants like Ruby Wax and Adrian Edmondson adding humour aswell as some pretty good singing tallent. Nikki would be a major asset to the show with her quirky humour and fun side and I'm sure she'd add some drama. Unlike BB it doesn't focus on negative elements as has happened in CBB this year. The only elements of conflict are in the voting off (public save some, judges save one of the bottom three and the saved contestants save one of the remaining two) and between the host and the judges.

Good morning everyone.Glad everyone is getting excited about Nikki possibly being on Fame Academy.Wouldnt if be ironic if Nikki had talent as a singer and got a record deal and certain other people wewre left struggling
