Thanks for the OK pics

The christmas panto, cinderella, which is on at the kings Theatre in Edinburgh, has one of the male characters dressing up as popular celebs, one of them is Nikki.......he wears tiny hotpants, long haired blonde wig and does the 'you better know yourself' 'who is she?' lines, then has a mini tantrum about something....I know it's daft, but the audience loved it (and everyone knew immediately who he was portraying) it made me smile anyway

looking forward to the weakest link

Enjoyed reading that snippet. Pantos do like to keep things topical and Nikki's certainly that and I bet if she knew about it she'd laugh too.

MSN columnist Stuart Bak casts his eye over the best of this year's TV moments.

http://entertainment.msn.co.uk/tv/ba...chpotato_best/

6. Nikki Chills Out

Despite being the dullest Big Brother to date, series seven did throw up at least one bona fide star from among the profoundly boring selection of contestants (remember Imogen, Mikey, Richard, Susie, and Glyn? No? I don't blame you). Nikki Grahame was a ten-year-old trapped in, well, a ten-year-old's body. A terrifying tantrum machine with a face like an angry scrotum, Nikki made her mark straight away when she complained through floods of tears that tap water makes her ill, and demanded bottled water instead. But it was her tantrums over the air conditioning that really catapulted her into the public's affections: "I'm sooooo cooo-ooo-ooo-ld!" she wailed, wearing little more than a belt and a couple of nipple tassels (the obvious response should've been: go and put some clothes on then!). Her dismissal from the show in week seven was surely the greatest reality TV travesty of the year.

thanks for that link eleana and to jodhpur for the panto info.

As I have said many time before - at least she was memorable - she has got so many odd references over the past few weeks - let's hope the TV people take note for the new year

Thanks for telling us about this jodphur, i have a smile on my face just thinking about it

Yes shes certainly well known isn't she? I have to say i've just come in from supermarket shopping with my mother. It was absolutely bedlam with queues going halfway up the store in all the aisles.

One woman pushed into the queue and another one piped up very loudly " who is she, who is she, where did you find her" and the whole place fell about laughing, including my mother. Shes never watched BB and i never talk to her about it, so i asked her why she was laughing. She answered " Well shes imitating that funny girl off some programme or other" and the man in the queue behind us said " Its Nikki, from Big Brother"

She still didn't have a clue who it was but she still knew the catchphrase

There's no getting away from it, Nikki raised emotions in many folk. Love or hate her she has had an incredible effect on the gbp and journalists, critic's, you name it she is being reported by alsorts. Its strange but alot of the articles have positive and not so positive vibes about them, its as though they like her for being odd and different and likable but they cannot be seen to like her. Does that make any sense?. Its as though she cannot really be pigeon holed by them and thats what makes her fascinating.

That was me that posted it, I found it mentioned in the tv supplement of the Daily Mail, which is the only one so far to list that description of the show. We might have to wait til after Xmas or whenever the latest batch of guides come out. Perhaps the website will be updated before long, as it is very out of date!
