Thank you Amie for starting this thread. I love Nikki and hope she's doing ok at the moment all things considered...
She' s an absolute star and has a National TV Award now to prove it. I think she's great and deserves to go onto bigger and better things in the world of showbiz.
I'm looking forward to seeing her on our screens again laughing, joking, dancing and generally doing her thing!

to me nikki was bb7. she was infectouss and whether you agreed with her or not, she certainly kept me glued to the tv and up till silly bl--dy hours in the morning watching her .

starting an appreciation 3 months after the finish of bb shows that nikki is as infectous as ever and i believe her charisma has increased her popularity, which will keep her on our tv screens for along time to come.

Just wanted to add that.... i miss her

Amie do you really think that I need yet another thread to read, post on etc etc. Do you have NO consideration for people who have limited time - at work and at home - to contribute to these threads.

Idont think there has ever been a housemate who didnt win thats been so popular and kept our interest for so long after BB as Nikki.Theres always something to talk about.Iwish she could read all these comments as im not sure she even realises how popular she is,unlike other people i could name

A BIG thank you to Amie for starting this appreciation thread

Nikki is the star of not just this BB but all BB's to date, no-one had the effect on me that she did.

When she got out of the car on opening night and I saw the bunny costume, I thought ... not another Jason but she proved me wrong, so many times in so many ways.

Her mannerisms, her facial grimaces, her sense of humour that was so off the cuff yet perfectly timed, her impish smile, her laugh, her idiocyncracies ... I could go on and on.

Nikki showed true grit throughout her many nominations for eviction and I sobbed when she was evicted the first time. BB went from being a 'must watch' to 'I can't be bothered' for me, I missed her antics so much.

She wore her heart on her sleeve, wasn't afraid to be exactly who she was, threw tantrums when things didn't go her way but could laugh at herself and admit she was wrong (sometimes, even when she wasn't), she gave her all.

I was over the moon when she was one of the returnees to the HND and I jumped for joy when she was chosen to go back in, she so deserved to get chosen and I'm glad that she got to reform her special bond with Dickie. Her final week with Pete had me on the edge of my seat, so many beautiful moments that I cherish, sadly that didn't work out. She has handled the aftermath of that so well and there is a Mr Right, somewhere out there, just waiting for Nikki.

I remember how dissappointed she was at not getting her own award although she did share two so her winning an NTA Award must have been a dream come true for her and so rightly deserved ... at long last she actually did win something.

Long may Nikki be on our TV's (although not a PN remake, unless it's doing proper jobs), on the radio, doing photo shoots, doing PA's, I'd love to see her achieve her wish to star in a Peter Pan production, in fact anything that keeps her in the public arena, she is destined to go far and I will be a fan for life.

Amie, thanks for starting this Nikki appreciation thread. A lot of people just do not "get" Nikki. As we all know, she is so much more than "BB tantrum queen"
I am pleased she is doing well and seems to make the most of each opportunity. she was so funny on 8 out of 10 cats. 'You'll be bringing up exhumed corpses next" and Boy George said she is more fabulous than Maddona, ok that last bit is slightly OTT!
Her NTA win was amazing, she was so shocked and her speech was just right. Niiki deserved her award!!
I enjoyed watching Nikki over the summer. I laughed and cried along with her and worried about her so much during the week before her first eviction. Then I cried 'happy tears' when she came out to cheers and the crowd chanting her name. The BB house was not so interesting after Nikki left, as her old friend Pete said, "she was the star of the show"
